THE AWARENESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING WILL RETAIN GLOBAL SECTOR COLLABORATION , TRANSFORMATION & ENDING THE COVID-19 .
The goal of the project is to implement awareness development training which will end the Covid-19 , other contagious diseases , global conflict, mobilize & transform society and boost global organization visions.
The project engages association, private and public organization and people in a diverse & global welcoming community. The project is the definitive source for ideas, information and learning resources, tools, and inspiring transformation for a new world.
The projects retain management performance, chain of command ,collaboration and outcome to motivate the root causes of defects (detriment) and provide resources, techniques (strategic) methods to determine when, where, how to identify the human factors and a system to overcome organizational challenges , break development and business sales barriers.
The program participants raise awareness, collaboration , create employment opportunities through the establishment of companies and products which improve the world economy.
In addition to implement social development which reduce negligences & ignorances ,eradicate poverty, starvation, diseases and death rate, end of robberies and other crimes within the world population.
ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS/ CONTEXT & JUSTIFICATION
Thousand of employers are overwhelmed by crisis management and come along with staff member conflicts which affect business revenue and project developments. There is a lack of leadership and commitment and the financial crisis rates are very high and until now there has been no other organization that has sought to address these innovations and advocate on behalf of the global sector needs.
The worse or current businesses harmful are generated from the Coronavirus Diseases (COVID -19) which raise a conjecture of fear or impediment to reinstate an organization. Nevertheless, the market of the feasibility study reveals that beyond the bounds there are always solutions and resources to overcome barriers and bankruptcies.
Which organizations or personals that are tracing or discern the root cause of the issues? Answer: There are none of the world sectors finding behavioral facts or discover the hidden mechanisms that generate these crises.
Today 95% of the world population are living at risk and there is no proper and awareness development training , people that have been killed by conflict , diseases or poverty are mostly those gifted with vocational skills as; educators , entrepreneurs, investors, products creative, physicians specialist and innovators to save the lives and boost the world economy.

2) Strong disagreement between people, groups, etc., which results in arguments often angry, Such are the struggle for power, property or a difference that prevents agreement, disagreement between ideas, feelings , Etc.,

These opportunities produced positive impact and succeeded with the building of health center, medical consultations, laboratory testing, and medicine delivery.
The health center services :
-improved the people’s living conditions
-reduced the diseases, malaria, tuberculosis and all other health issues in the community
-reduced infant mortality and the obsolete method of cutting childbirth navel with razor blades
-Produced public awareness campaign keep inhabitants updated on how to prevent the spreading of diseases.
-Produced a safer, cleaner environment
-Created employment opportunity , improve the economic situation of the inhabitants through social development & investment and bring financial return to the investor companies.
This achieved through the establishment of different field schools, implementation of courses (programs) languages institute from elementary, high school and universities
-Set up school and programs, eradicate illiteracy, build self-sustainable learning center and improve the educational and vocational system of the community.
-Developed skills & produce qualified people to serve the community and either professional to respond to any employers & world needs.
– Created social programs for the youngest
The agriculture development succeeded through the achievement of piping network of distributions system to water all the inhabitants’ plantations and gardens.
– This improved the community plantations and creates all the food productions.
-Reduced poverty, hungers and malnutrition within the populations.
-Ended robberies of harvest from each other and crimes.
-Created mobilization of work and a vibrant community.

GRANT OR FUNDING SUPPORT The Project is needed grant of funding support for operating expenses, acquiring, producing & supplying resources, launching consulting programs, developing leadership and awareness development training and distributing guidebooks to global sectors. The innovation will drive global leaders to setting of tips and management’s changing resources and collaboration to overcome business’ sales and social development challenges .This will retain a safer, peaceful and economic world.
